Let me know what you think. This is a photochop of my car on 18" Mondera Spyders. I want to get these wheels when I get the cash.

IMO they might look better if they were to scale. those look like 15s, and in that particular picture i don't like them. but it's your money and your car :)

I used paint to do it. I don't have Adobe. So OF COURSE it's a bad chop (But I have seen worse).
I wanted to get black but all the ones I see are so ordinary looking. I don't want silver or hyper black either. If someone has other suggestions....... I want either chrome or black 18's.
Peyman, I like my stock wheels a lot, but they look so small on my car. I am not going to have money for rims for a while now anyway. I want to do my exhaust and fix my Porsche up first.

just buy whatever wheels you wnat and take them to your local powdercoating shop.... they could porbably do it for about $200 for all 4, they will sandblast them and powdercoat them the color of your choice... they look very very nice when they are done, i got some done a while ago for my company truck, they have hit curbs, cars, buildings, and they still look great, scuffed a little, but cant see no steel :D

3DeeJay, great chop..... sure wish I had photoshop. I really like those rims.
T3rry, that's a good idea. I can buy some silver wheels or something that I like but are cheap and get them powdercoated. Now could they just powercoat everything but the lip? I don't want the wheels all black.

Now what kind of shop would do powdercoating? Because I have no idea!!

and powdercoating is highly durable too. i'm not sure where you'd look either lol. just call some local auto parts stores and ask them. someone's bound to know lol

I was thinking about power coating these black in the deeper parts of the spokes. They are five spoked with three skinny spokes making up each one. I would want to powder coat the outer two skinny spokes black and leave the rest silver. Make sense? Doable?
Hold on, let me attach a pic.

powderdoating is an all or none kinda thing... just look in your local phone book for a powder coating shop...

Oh, well that sucks.... back to the drawing board!! I don't want them ALL black, it needs a silver lip at least. Guess I'll have to think about it.
