I found this site, and was wondering if anyone has tried these before. I am wondering how bright they are?

well, i tried that, they are decent brightness, but they are so small led's that they dont glow like the stock ones, all u will gain is the "color" you may want, but you will loose your brightness... but they do have a cool look to them

Take a drill bit that is just around the size of the LED i think I just 5mm. Then drill the holes and pop the led in it. Thats how I did it. Other people dont have the LEDs sticking out of the plastic

The problem with LEDs is they're not very omnidirectional. These look like they might refract the light better than a standard 3mm or 5mm LED but then you're still getting really harsh unnatural light.
I dunno about you guys, but it hurts my eyes after a little while.
I used a slightly brighter incandecent bulb for the dome light and put really bright white 8000 mcd LEDs under the dash and under the front seats, rigged to the same dome light circuit. The doors opens or you press the dimmer switch, the LEDs come on
