I know the switch is in the console attached to the E-brake , but has anyone bypassed this? Anyone have pics of it?

um, what r u talking about.. the swtich is on your colum opposite the wiper arm, the relay is somwhere else, there is nothing in the ebrake area in the words of a switch or relay.. a switch is a 12V signal giver, the relay is the 12V reciever to which mega current is applied. so a relay switch is absolutely nothing..
but im guessing you mean the automatic/daytime running light deal..i believe you can take the dark blue wire B4 of connector c2 and cut it and put it to ground taping the other end off. (at your BCM)
this worked on my 00, but for my 97,i just cut that wire thats in the bakc of the ebrake area and put it to a toggle switch to ground.. soi could turn them on/off.....
do a search or look in the "how to" section... you should find what yoru looking for!
