Albany 2004 ~ Registration

Registration for the Albany meet is now open. We kindly ask that everyone planning to attend fill out the registration form. This will give us a better idea of how many to expect, and what vehicles will be arriving. We also would like to know how many guests you will be bringing with you. Registration for the event is free.

OK....

Confirmation emails are not automatic. I send them out manually, so it may take some time.

Also, we had some troubles with one of our mail servers last night... Anyone that registered after 9:30pm EST last night should check to see if they now have a confirmation back from me. If not, please let me know.

there is a thread here about finding roomates.. great way to get to know some more poeple better and to save some cash-o-laa.....

C'mon people ... REGISTER!!!!! If you have any thoughts of going, please register so we can get a count ... even if you can't attend for one reason or another later one after you register, no big deal but we would like to have an accurate account of numbers as possible :)

i would really like to come but i dont know that i can get off for that weekend, weve got this really messed up way of figureing out whos gets off on certain days. i just recently painted my car and i thought it would be nice to see peoples reaction to my work. i guess we'll see what happens

What's the deadline to apply? Do to my work situation, I can't be sure what part of the country I will be in come meet time. I basicaly need to be as last minute as possible.

There is no deadline ... the only thing is that at some point, we are going to need to make final plans and as such, there may not be sufficient dash plaques, etc ... as far as I am concerned, if you don't know until the last minute that you can come and decide to come anyway, you are more than welcome.

Great, thanks! I will give as much notice as possible. If all goes well, I will know soon, but nohting so far has went smoothly, so I don't see my luck changing anytime soon.

As far as the "goodies" go, I'll be fine as long as I have a place to stay and there's room for me at the events.
