well, i had a zeta kit laying around that i was thinking about buying, and a pair of 65W H3 projector fog lights... so i put them in my headlights. the whole fog housing and all... and ya know what, it kinda look ok i guess... i might just keep it... its no comparasion to HID or HID projectors, but it'll do for now.. i like the look, welll.... anyways,

i got to learn how to post pict w/ them showing up right away but for now you'll hhave to click...

thanks guys, i may just keep them

but i forgot to say, the fogs cost me 14.95 shippped, the hyperwhite H3's where 11.95 shipped, so i did this all for 26.90 (not including the zeta) so its a cheap mod...and it looks cool.. but im still trying to improve on it, getting some real projectors...

Does your SVS light come on and do your DRLs still work?

no, why would it come on? and i disabled the drl's the first day i got it!

Becaase typically if you disconnect the headlight bulb the SVS light will come on because it thinks your headlight is out.

no way in he ll id waste my money on a drl kit that is 100% free to do and only takes 10min max, and my bcm still thinks i have a headlight because i am still using hte leads from the old bulb, and its seeing the H3 as the 9007, it works fine, no svs light.... so you could essentialy do this w/ any type of fog/driving light that you wanted... its rather easy too, just takes a little electrical knowledge or, the knowledge of how to look in the "how to" like i did... and the output is awsome!

so if ya get the chance, id do it!

peace

what about high/low beams?

And what did you do for the drl's?

no high beam, i've never used them because then i dont have my fogs, and my fogs r basicly driving lights as well...and i love how the headlights/fogs look when on together..

i disconnected the drl's and automatic headlights, i wanted full control of my lights... theres a "how to" at gagt that will help you

looks kinda ghetto during the day... but looks good at night, maybe you should take the headlight housing apart and paint the chrome reflecty part the same color as your car??, that'd look cool

Where did you get the zeta kit from and how much did it run you? Can't wait for a "how-to" on this mod.
