Boost Control

Anyone ever heard of this for the 99 GASE with the 3.4L V6? I am going to look at this girls car tomorrow morning. My friend was telling me how this little gauge would go up then hit the gas and it was like SCd. I didnt think they made a stock SC for the 3.4? She bought the car used so I dont know if she knows. I am going to see if its aftermarket for engine swap.

See my friend that was in her car told me it said "boost control" and it wasnt a tach gauge it was like a white guage. ill have to check in the morning and see whats up.

There are some cars out there that have had SC's in that got sold. They could have very well just left the gauge in there. What would happen is you'll see the vacuum go from 20 to about 0 if there's still a guage on it.

OR they were just a bunch of posers.

where is the white gauge located at? If its where I think it is its a gauge letting you know how much boost your using,its mainly for cars using Nitrous or have turbos/Superchargers

Well there was a boost guage. The girl that owns the car doesnt even know what an SC is. So I told her thats what the guage was for. When she popped the hood there was nothing but a regular 3.4 in there. So the person b4 her must have forgotten to take the gauge off.
