Pretty much installed everything I have left tonight. The suspension brace came in today and 4 bolts later it was on. Its a little close to the exhaust, but it should be fine. It seems to have tightened up the front end even more. I know some peoplearen't big fans of mantapart, but my hat goes off to them once again.

After that, me and one of my friends took on the header. much to my suprise...after we hit the bolts with some WD-40 they came right out. None broke, once they were loosened up, we were almost able to turn them out by hand. New O2 Sensor was a little tight, but I'm sure the Jet Hot coating may have had something to do with that, but all in all it went flawless.

Once it was done I had to take it for a test run. Very little if any improvement off the line, but in the top end is where I can really tell it did something. Keep in mind I still have the stock cat, stock sized piping and stock 2.3 Quad 4 dual muffler Catback. Once the rest of the exhaust gets opened up I'm sure I'll get a little more out of it.

Hey man thats tight ya got tha headder put on. I was gonna say that if ya take off the cat or just get a high-flow cat an open it up a high flow muffler youll really feel an improvment. Ohh yea you should also post some pics of it cuz iam sure the headder in the engine bay looks killer !!!!Keep up the good work, by the way your car looks nice with tha new hood. PEACE OUT

Thanks snoop, You all know how long it too k me to get pics of the hood and the video set up. lol But I'll see what I can do to speed up the process for the header n stuff.

I'm most likely going to be doing a high flow cat other than removing it. From what I hear PA is going to finally start cracking down on emmissions. I think a high flow cat and a Flowmaster 40 series would sound pretty good. :D

I think it will sound just right steve. NOT ricey in any way and not too over powering. My friend just put some 40 series on his 90 ga. Let me tell you it sounds sweet. Its got a nice rumble to it.
