My steering column just recently broke. :( Now all that it does is, while I am driving the whole steering wheel goes up and down and a little to the left. I was hoping that someone here would have an answer for me! I tried to get in to it and I could not even get the cover off! I got all the screws out of it and did not want to break it to get it off!
I can still steer it is just that I dislike that it does this and I want to at least try to fix it on my own.

ok there are 3 screws at the bottom of the colum take them out first. The cover is held on by clips un snap them if u have tilt steering then u need to take the plasic piece for your title with a pair of pliers. Look on the right side of the colum by the ignition there should be a little metel pin make sure its not sticking out if it is hit it back in place with a hammer. The same thing happend to mine the pin just came out of place if its not then sorry but atleast u may have the cover off now. That pin is wear the title connects. Also i know i prob did not spell some of the words right sorry for all who know what they mean but just have to say somthin anyway.
