Radio Radio Tuner lite and Antitheft lite not working

Both of these 2 lites went out at the same time after an interior car cleaning team was wipping the dash and accessories. Does anyone know if these 2 lites have the same source of power. Radio still works but can't see what station its on and flashing anti theft lite does not lite on continually (while driving) or flash while parked. Any quick fix recommended.
