My car will be going in for the third time to get the front windshield molding repaired. Last year, the upper windshield seal leaked because of bad installation at the factory. The dealer replaced the windshield and the molding. One year later, the molding begans to peel away from the upper passengerside corner. I just got the car back from the dealer, only to discover that it is peeling away again, and will be going back into the shop again next week.

Has anybody else had the same problem? What could be causing it, bad design, body twisting funny?

Sorry, I have to rant. The car only has 25k miles on it (2001) and has been in the shop every 3-5k miles for something.

The rubber seal did that on mine also. I just put rubber cement on the back side of the seal and its fine now. the back windshield rubber seal likes to curl outwords also on the corner. I put some rubber cement on that and now its all fixed. This is commin for Ga's. I see this very often.
