if you ONLY replaced the bulbs, the aim shouldn't have changed. Unless you directly tinkered with the aiming bolts, your headlight aim should be ok.

It's easy to not put the bottom mounting post in the correct place. If it is out of place, the lights point high. Pull them out and take a look.

what is the watts on them light. If they are like 80w/100w, things might start to melt.

I agree with tenspeed (again :D ).

Also,
The aiming of the headlights is INCREDIBLY dependent on the location of the filament of the bulb. It's a very specific point within the multi-parabolic shape of the reflector (the focal point).

If the replacement xenon bulbs are the wrong model, or are made with poor quality control, the filament may be in a different location than the original bulb's filament (maybe as little as 0.1 mm difference, but that's enough to scatter light all over the place).
This is enough to cause the headlights to be 'unaimable', as the filament position isn't adjustable and can never be brought to the proper focal point.

Double-check that you have the right bulb (just because the base and connectors fit doesn't mean it's the right bulb).

Good luck.

Heh, I'm still trying to get one of my mounting posts to mount properly, won't fit back in for some reason (any tips here?). Also, I ended up breaking the black screw-type thing that goes behind the primary bulb, so a hard jolt will knock the bulb out of alignment.

I have horrible luck with headlights:(
