What kind of exhaust should I run on my 89 G/A 2.3L quad LO. I want to convert it to dual. What about a header? porting and polishing anything on the engine? Anything really that will help..im new to this car

Alright..what about headers(checked out those sites..nothing for my year), heads, maybe intake manifold, throttle body? Anything like that?
