1991 Grand Am backdash removal

Big help wanted, I can't seem to figure out how to get the blasted back panel off of my girlfriend's grand am... I imagine you have to take the seat down, which i really need to do anyway *her only trunk key got locked in the trunk, go figure* But i want to put some new speakers in as well... please help, thanks in advance.

2 13mm bolts on the bottom half of the seat (near the floor) Once you get that part out, you'll need to remove the seat belt bolts (T-45 I believe) once you have them removed the back half will LIFT up and you can remove it from the vehicle. You may also have to remove at least one of the side trim area around the rear window in order to get the rear deck out too. You might be better off just removing both side trims. It's a little more work, but it makes the speaker removal ALOT easier.
