After thinking about last year's day at LVD I tought we might make even better use of the day this year.
Since I won't be racing my car (I'm not driving down) I would like to offer my services to anybody who'd like to get something installed or service done on their car. Keep in mind I probably won't have my tools with me (unless someone drives me down and accepts to carry my stuff around) so you'd have to have your own hardware but I'd be open to do oil changes, brake services, fog lights installation, etc.
Maybe some of the Albany locals could provide a few tools to help out too. Especially stuff like floor jacks, stands, etc.
What do you think? Anybody interested in having work done or supplying a few tools?

RJ (bluez) of ClubECM just got a pickup truck so there is a very good chance that we will have our ClubECM enclosed box trailer with us this year. And if we do I can put my roll-away Tool chest in it. Of course I think it'll have to be broke down into peices because I think it's too tall to stand fully errect in there. :)

Yeah the bike rack that is currently in it willcome out and the roll away part will be bungied against the side of the trailer. The other two peices will be on the floor. :)
I was also thinking of putting my floor jack, a couple stands and my ramps in there as well. If I had a power inverter I could even bring along my lil 6 gallon compressor. You can never be over-prepaired.

Sounds good to me!! I'll make sure I need an oil change, a wax job, interior cleaning, brake job, ........I'll come up with a few more things to keep you busy!! :)
I'll have tools with me. Maybe I throw my floor jack and jack stands in the trunk too.

I am not kidding on this one. If anybody wants me to race their car at LVD I can. I weigh 125 wet, so you may get a better time!

... I told you before that I want you to run my car once for me so I can see what the car can do without a 'fat ass' behind the wheel :rofl2:

That's a cool idea. I'll bring my meager tool set and limited knowledge along to offer up to anyone in need as well.
