installing neon to a sub woofer box?

Can i install any neon to a sub box? I have 2 purple ones that are just sittin around (good ones, not the cigarette lighter kind) and im wondering if i can hook them up to a clear sub box or whatever. Can i do this? If so, how?

sure, put them in the box, hook them up to power TA DA :D

you can do it but keep the power wires away from any signal carrying wires (i.e. rca/speaker wire) :)
