the forum i'm a moderator on (6k+ memebers) the best way to get overlooked as a mod is to "offer your servieces" ironic isn't it? I got asked after a while, i became good friends w/ some of the 1st mods on the board via AIM/MSNmessenger over time i learned the car stuff and already had the cool head thats important as a mod

in short don't even bother asking ;-)

we now have 9,143 members :)

I remember at the old site, we hit 5,000 and it was a big thing... then IIRC before we got to 6k is when we got the new site going :)
