My CD player has been crapping out on me. I think theres a short within the CD player itself. The warranty from HHgregg is up Friday so I took the whole CD player in. I put my old tape player back in the car.
What happened at first is the fuse from the RADIO BATT on the passenger side fuse box would blow when I turned the car to ACC or ON.
Then something happened when I pull the CD player out and the fuse wouldnt blow in the RADIO BATT, but the little fuse in the back of the CD player would blow. I couldnt figure it out. All of the wires were well covered and no shorts anywhere in the wires, so I just took it to HHgregg and they will have it back in 2 to 3 weeks.
Now I have to go trash for a while and use the cassette hooked to a wire in the portable CD player.
