Just use a jack.. that's what I did.. jack the car up a bit on one side.. so it makes more room so you can crawl under the car and change the oil. I used one of those.. pump type jacks... the big ones.

Man, don't EVER climb under your car if it's not supported properly. Jack stands or ramped is a safety must. Too many accidents have happened when people use a floor jack or even the spare tire jack and no safety equipment. We don't need a post on here about a member that died or was injured by improper jacking procedures.
Your car will clear. It's just the plastic fender that's rubing. You can also get ramp extenders that make it a less steep ramp. That will work too. Don't forget to set your parking brake also. Don't want it rolling back for any reason!!
It's really your call, but whatever you do, just do it safely. It only takes a second to loose something you can't replace.

As Saber said, yea never just jack up your car and get under it. The jack can collapse, break, whatever.. and then it's goodbye if you're under your car

another choice is to run to a lumber yard and buy a 2 by 10. Cut it in a couple 2 foot chuncks and nail the two chunks together.
By making it two or three chunks tall you should be able to safely get under the car. Just cutt a angle in the 2 by 10, so the tires can roll up on them.

Most common 2 ways...
-Rhino ramps + 2x8's or 2x10's
or
-Jack + jack stands
Also recommended, wheel chaulks.
I use a jack + 2 jack stands. As stated above, safety first.

I use the Rhino ramps by themselves. I hear the black plastic piece scrape just a little, but leaves no marks.
