Well, I went out there this morning to start her up and she wouldent turn on. I turned the key, the lights dimmed and I heard no noise from the engin. No sound, no starter, no nothing, I had a friend try to start it up when I had my head under the hood and I heard a faint clicking noise. I tryed to recharge the battry but no dice, it wont budge.

and advice?

either the battery is dead or the leads to the battery are dirty.
If the lights come on, and a clicking is heard, i'm betting the battery has juice in it.

Take the wires off the battery and clean them good. Clean the posts or area they hook back onto the battery at. Then put it back together, if it still won't turn over the battery is most likely dead.

If you still hear the clicking... the battery could still be good and the silonid on the start is shot.

check if your alternator is ok.

1)get your car jump started.
2) while its running disconnect the battery.

if (car turns off)
your alternator is bad.
if (car keeps on going)
your alternator is ok.
