motor problems when tech1 was hooke up

i just put a motor in my grand am 3100 sfi with 56,000 miles my service engine comes goes on and off i took it to the pontiac dealer because i know someone up there he gave the codes to whats wrong with my car can any tell me what they mean.

DTC 22 TDS Low

DTC 44 Lean Condition

DTC 36 24x Signal error

DTC 41 IC Circuit error

The 24X signal error is related to the 24X crankcase sensor circuit. Does not neccessarily mean a bad sensor but also a cracked harness connection, bad ignition wire or routing.

22: Throttle position sensor signal voltage Low
44: O2 sensor - lean exhaust
41: 1X reference circuit

I predict wire harness crack/short or mis routed wires.
