camshaft

Hey everyone. I think I remember awhile back that they made a camshaft for the 3.4 v-6. they had it at summit racing. I was hoping someone could tell me if they made one and how to get one or what the specs or for it

Im think it was a printing error. Someone brought that up a while ago and it was actually ended up being for the 3.4 DOHC and not the 3400. A couple of cams are starting to come out right now if you check out GAGT in their performance section, other than that there is just regrinds.

Sheerspeed has one listed for the 3400. Don't know anything about it or anyone that has it though.

Yea thats one of the cams they covered at GAGT and one guy emailed them and got a reply saying that it is meant for high-performance 3400s but no one has em yet. The other one that they talked about on there is Comp Cams and they are just starting to make it now and it will be mainly for N/A and in the "Xtreme line"

In the new Jegs' catalouge there's one for the 3400V6.

I had that cam in mine before it got vandalized and it made a HUGE difference in performance off the line. However the car ran very rough and got horid gas mileage. I wouldn't recomend it. Mine was the Crane Cam emmisions legal cam.:)
