Painting hu faceplate

I remember someone painted their Sony HU's faceplate teal green to match their interior, but I cant remember who it was. It looked pretty good.

I wanted to see some of those picture he/she had posted. My buddy is thinking of painting his faceplate but he doesnt know if it would look good.

I did a search, but couldnt find anything
