Removing Pieces?

Alright I know theres tons of threads on removing the pieces themselves, but my questions are one step past that./ The first...on the door and window control parts, how do you get the "faceplate" of it off? Meaning the pasrt that says like lock/unlock and all that. I want to paint it over again and sand it but the switches kind of prohibit that. And then, I need to know about getting the ETS and warning buttons off when i take off the center piece. Also, the door panels. Thats all i can think of for now.

For the ETS button; after you take off teh center piece all thats holding it on there is like an 8 mm bolt

There are little plastic clips that hold everything together. take a small knife or flathead screwdriver and stick it between the two parts of the clip and pull them apart.
