What are the biggest rims you have put on your 99-04 GA? I have a 02 GA, will 20" fit?

The biggest you can fit without modifying your car is 19". 20" can fit but like I said, it'll take some slight modifications to your wheel well...

I'd suspect that to put 20"s in you'll need to cut out part of the wheel well so when you turn it doesn't rub

20s will be so damn heavy though that they will actually make your car slower.
Of course if you're just concerned about looks, well they will look damn cool... Bling Bling!

I have 18's and I've noticed crappier pickup in my ride. I'm not out to be racin' or Mr Speed Demon so it don't make a bit of difference to me. It's weird that it happens. I noticed it as soon as I put them on and went for a ride. Takes it a little longer to get going...

I think even with 19's you'll run into some slight rubbing issues,i know the 96-98 do,Peyman had posted a pic of one with 19's and the guy said he had to modify the wheel well a little bit, don't know how much.Get an airbag suspension if you get big rims....But of course Im talking about if the car is lowered,if not then 19's might be fine,20's will have issues.

might wanna make sure the lug pattern is the same as you 99,might not fit the pattern, but if they do then there will be no problems with fitting or anything.

yeah the lug pattern is the same..I was just wondering if it would rub...so it should fit right?...I just know the down side of 18" is that it will slow down my car a lot

The bolt pattern for a Maxima is the same as a GA? Hmm...
You sure their 5x115 or 5x114.3?

yeah its the same because I took off my stock front right tire and mounted my 18" and it went on fine...I didn't see any rubing so hopefully when I get them re ballanced and checked up they will all go on nicely

actually, with the new 225/35/20 (I think that's the size) tires offered by somebody, you can fit 20s without modification. Head over to grandamgt.com and look in the member's car gallery for a guy named Chase that posted pics of his car on 20s. I'm pretty sure he didn't have to do any cutting. anything bigger, though, and you're gonna have to do a little modifying of your spring perches to keep the tires from rubbing.
