All of a sudden im confused. I am saving for some 18" rims but to then, i need to do something with my factory 5 stars. The alloys have a good amount of rust stains or some kinda brown stains that are making them look like crap.
I know you guys are gonna laugh when i say it, but i was lookin at the "chrome" covers that fit right over the rim for now. I emailed 2 people who have bought them asking them if they fit flush and look somewhat decently real. They havent received them yet, but both people said that they never knew it either but there factory chrome 5 stars where just covers also. They found out when they needed to change there tires and the chrome part came off.
Im new to the grand am scene so bear with me, might be both I and those 2 people i talked to are dumb, but at lease I'll know when someone sets me straight. Ive always thought the rims where all chrome, but never looked closely
