View Full Version : ANYONE W/ 95 DODGE NEON? WHERE IS RADIATOR BLEEDER SCREW LOCATED?(caps)

ok, i know this is a grand am owners club forum, and its great, i own a 95 GA and ya'll helped me out big time tellin' me about the whole bleeder screw for radiator thing. Well, my cousin, who owns a 95 DOdge Neon is having the same problems i did, and i told him about the bleeder screw to burp the system, but we cant find it, can yall help?

It will be on the right or left bottom side. might be eaieser to see if you look up under it.

actually until 2000+ there were no bleed valves in the cooling system. After that, there are some of the neons that have them, but not all of them. If you have air in the lines, best thing to do would be start the car with the radiator cap off, and fill it until it gets to the top. The air will eventually make it's way out as the car is running, and the coolant level will drop. If you continue doing this until the coolant level doesn't drop anymore, you will get all of the air out of the system, since the radiator cap is the highest point in the cooling system.
