Guage cluster/ac/windows HELP!!!

For starters I did a few searches to see if this problem had already been addressed..

In route to the beach this weekend the entire guage panel/windows/ a/c all went out. Came back and went out. Came back again and kept doing this off and on all weekend.
Could it be a fuse and if so where might that one be or a wire harness all together.

Any help would be great.. Thanks

Dirty battery wires/connection or
the Altinator is going out.

Have the charging system tested.
