I agree with Big Joe. If you really want a sunroof that bad try to trade your GA in for another one with the sun roof, same year mileage etc. You might have a few hundred bucks to pay but it'll be worth it.

What dealership are you shopping at that lets you trade your car in for another car and only charges you a couple hundred more??

$1,300 is about what it would cost.

Ya you are better off to trade your car in with a factory sunroof. Aftermarket ones will cause nothing but trouble.

sunroofs, factory or not. are all man made. anything man made can have a flaw and cause a potential problem.

do your research on the sunroof you like. try to find one with drain tubes, like the factory. so, in the event that it rains the water doesn't settle in the sunroof and leak into the car. installation is very important. find someone that specializes in whatever model you decide to go with.

people bolt on aftermarket parts on their rides everyday. some will be good, some will be bad. it's all in the quality and the installation. you get what you pay for

i've always been a sunroof / t-top person. the key thing is to find the right set up, have it properly installed. you also have to take car of it. like anything else, neglect will may it go bad quickly.

good luck. enjoy your car. that's what this is all about........

I wouldn't get an aftermarket sunroof unless I found a place that gave a lifetime warranty. But that's just me.

I found a place called Ziebert Speedy autoglass that installs sunroofs, for a spoiler style electric sunroof it costs about $600
