New tint pics

Well I finally got around to pulling off my crappy 35% tint, and installed the 5% tint on both sides of the car. It took me and my buddy about 3-4 hours to do, but I love how it came out. For all the pics, go to http://www.95-gt.com/images/mycar/tint/index.php?a=view&img=0&page=1

Looks good! I have 22% and I think it isn't dark enough,but afraid to go darker with the cops around these parts.Surprised I haven't been pulled over yet as it is...........knocks on wood!

Well I know some officers, so tint tickets are nothing. And if they are, a max of $25.

Chain, I am going to powder coat the stock rims either silver, or powder coat chrome, which looks like polished aluminum. I wanna keep the car looking as stock as possible, with a nice turbocharged 3400 under the hood to suprise people. Only exterior mods are clear tails, tint, and it being lowered.

A friend just got ticketed here and the fine was over $100.

Ticket price is $85. But I know a lawyer that is close with the judges in SE Michigan and for $25, tint tickets will be gone.

Like a glove. Straight drop in with minor modifictions.

None yet. Waiting on my friend to pull his HKS SAFC and the 340 LpH fuel pump to go in. I need to get the 36# injectors installed also and have it tuned for a NA setup. This way when I drop the turbo in, I wont have to do a shit load of tuning. But ya, waiting on him. Should all be in within a month tho.

sounds like a good deal. and i beat that thing huals tail with the 3400 in it. thats already 20more hp then '97 3.1's run, and you already got that thing worked out a bit as it is. looks really nice sitting in there too.

So just how much money have you put into your grand am so far and how many miles does the 3400 have on it?

approx 25k on the motor.
