An interesting poll, but keep in mind it will depend on year, engine, transmission, optional accessories.
My 95 has been very solid in every way except electrical gremlins.
-worn headlamp combo switch (headlamps, highbeams, hazards, turn signals)
-rear defogger heated up and de-soldered itself from the window
-IDI module plug boot wore out, caused loose connection, causing intermittent non-firing
-Low oil sensor bad, idiot light always on (dead on both my cars right now)
-Ignition switch recall (aka the "don't start on fire" relay added)
No complaints here... electrical probs are welcomed over mechanical probs any day.

try to find a good used window regulator. I was told there was no such thing as a good used one. When I went to web sites looking for one, its one of the main items on the list. I guess they go out a lot on the older GA.
Yeah the disk warp real easy on the 97. I will not replace with factory again. I go for the life time aftermarket from now on.

Right now a misfiring fuel injector.
:grrrr:
Already replaced
2 LIM gaskets
The rotors were replaced with aftermarket units
And the turn signal relay.
Oh and the modling on the rear bumper, which is coming off yet again.

You should have a selection that is for everything. Seriously, my car has been in the shop every 2-3 months for just about all the items in the poll.
2 LIM gaskets
1 IAC connector
3 leaky windshield moldings
1 fuse block
2 rocker panels
1 roof repaint
1 rear molding
passengerside window regulator
serpentine belt replaced (at 27000 miles, go figure, it was falling apart)
front brakes
the hazard light switch
all before or on 27,000 miles. I have only had the car 35 months.
It's gotta be either brakes or the gasket's leaking.

Definately the electrical system. Sometimes I'll go to start my car, an it wont let me. My security light starts blinking, and the car wont turn over. I still have no idea why it does this. thank god it only happens once in a while.

Probably cooling on mine. Every problem spurt seems to start and end with a cooling issue. Coming in at a very close second would be the brakes. The rear ones like to lock up every once in a while for no reason...never really have found a cure for that. And then a very close third would be suspension, as the strut mounts like to break, and the car hasn't sounded "normal" for years due to things that no one can seem to find going clunk over every little bump. Then again, on mine, don't forget the miles. I'm very happy with it, one way or the other.
