Whats the easiest and best way to remove Swirls? I have tried waxing it with different buffers and it still comes back. You can only see it when the sun hits right on it. Should I try a different wax? I was using Turtle Wax

:puke: good god yes, use a better wax, the turtle wax is most definitely contributing to the swirls you are seeing :spit: ick, go get some mothers california gold, or just ANYTHING else instead of turtle wax and you will notice a heck of a difference.

Use 3M swirl mark remover. Always wax in a cricle motion if done by hand. Scratches and swirls are never straight even as straight as some may look. Meguiars makes scratch X which may help but try to find the 3M in a black/gray bottle. Follow it with Zymol auto polish and your paint will look better than it did when it came from the factory.

Ok thank you very much. Is that 3M stuff available at Local Autoparts stores? I went looking for the 3M Imperial Hand Glaze and I could only find it at a Paint shop. It was 17 dollars a bottle!
Please let me know.

I think I got mine at Pep Boys? That may be the only auto shop you can get it at. I am always at Auto Zone, NAPA, Advanced Auto, and DIscount Auto and I can't remeber ever seeing it at any of these places. It costs like 7.95 a bottle and the Scratch X Meguiars can be bought there 9.95 a 2 Pack. Zymol auto polish may be sold there but Wal-Mart carries it (blue Bottle) like 14.99 but all of which are worth there prices.

Get some Zaino Z5, quick!!! I have dark navy blue metallic paint, you can see every little thing on it. Before the swirls get too far gone and dull the paint, get Z5. Follow the directions they give on their website, it really works. If it's too far gone, though, it will require professional compounding.
