Tools needed:

(1) Phillips-head screwdriver
(1) Flat-head screwdriver (Or suitable prying device)
(1) Special Window-crank Removal Tool (If necissary)

Lock the door which you are working on. Emerging from underneith the manual lock release should be one screw. Unscrew that screw.

Next, unlock your door. Take the flat-head screwdriver and place it underneith the black plastic manual lock button. Pry out towards you until the piece pops off of the lock rod. Set that piece aside.

Next, take the flat-head screwdriver or another suitable prying tool and pry between the door handle tray (the centerpiece underneith the handle and lock) until it comes loose. It may take alot of maneuvering, but pull out while spinning the piece and it should eventually come free from the rest of the door panel.

(For those with power door-locks) Take the flat-head screwdriver and pry gently at the power doorlock button dock until it pops out of the door armrest. Remove the wire harness from the doorlock button and push the harness through the rectagular shaped hole in the door panel.

(For those with manual window cranks) You'll have to remove a holding pin between the actual crank and the door. There is a special tool to do this, or you can improvise. After the pin is out you can remove the crank.

Next, you have to remove the triagular trim piece on the upper-right hand side of the door. This piece usually holds the mirror adjustment ball. To remove it you simply use a hex wrench or suitable screwdriver bit to take out the two screws on the upper-right side of the piece. Let that piece hang.

After that, there is a piece between the upper seatbelt guide and the window that must be removed. It's just a small square plastic trim piece that can be popped off. Be careful though, it's very fragile, don't pry too hard in the wrong direction.

After all these pieces are taken out you can begin to remove the actual door panel.

First, you must locate the center screw. It's located very stealthily located where the storage section of the door meets the armrest. It's on the underside, so you'll have to look from the bottom-up to see it. Remove that screw with the phillips-head screwdriver.

Next, remove the 4 screws on the outside of the door panel. There are 3 on the bottom side and one on the left. Remove all of these with the phillips-head screwdriver and get ready to tear your hands up.

Your door panel should be unfastened from you door, except for the rods that pop into the actual door to help secure it in place. To finally remove the doorpanel you must pry and feel your way around the entire door panel popping the rods out one by one. This may take a little while, as some are stubborn and some like to work thier way back in when you try popping a rod out on the other side of the door. Just use some patience and dont rip it out, you'll risk breaking some of the rods and end up with nasty squeeks and rattles later on.

Finally, remove the seatbelt through the slits on the top and bottom guides (the top slit should be visable when the square plastic trim piece is removed), and remove the door panel from the door!

Ta-da, you now have access to your speaker, door lock/handle, and window regulator.
