Can anyone tell me how you port and polish? And what are the increases of hp ?
I was think about getting a upper intake manifold from them, but is it worth it

Yes it's worth it. I could write a book here about port and polish, but the jist of it is better flow through the engine.
Standard increases are about 10 wheel horsepower with the upper, lower, and throttle body ported and polished. It varies from GA to GA, but that's a good round shot at it.

10 is overshooting it imo. You still have a bottleneck with the stock heads. P&P'ing is very easy. But gasket matching is a much better word for this. I think with my heads/intakes and exhaust, I made approx 30 more WHP. I think the heads and the exhaust made most of that tho. Stock, the UIM is pretty clean as it is. The lim can stand for a little gasket matching.

so basicaly if i get the port and polished head i should also go with the headers and exaust system to gain the most hp.
I want what ever will make the pick up on the car faster

Speed = Money
Do you want forced induction, nitrous, or all motor?

Opening the runners up to the size of the gasket.

Something to think about
Porting is good i will agree but Polishing I dont know. What is the main goal of the intake?? to turn the Air and Fuel into a Gas Well how is that going to happen when the runners are smooth?? IMO it would be better to port the intake and exhaust ports and to only Polish the runners right before the valve!!!
This only seems logical i could be wrong!!!

lol. It would be bad ass if we could do a twisted wedge design on the heads:thumbup:

well id definatly recommend P&P of the heads, supposedly, thats the best place to get it done, but then again, its the most expensive. Pretty much, if you gonna P&P though, id just get the entire intake done, it couldnt hurt if you got the cash.

were do you get P&P done? or do you just buy the P&P and send them your old one?

It all depends. Buying a set from a company will cost more. if you pull off your current ones, and will wait a few day down time, you can have a local shop do the work for you.
Themenees, if your intrested, I know a local shop that will do the heads and intakes for like a grand. If you send the parts, down time will be approx two weeks, but well worth it!
