I have an '02 Grand AM SE1 and this past winter we had more snow than usual and my apartment complex has no idea how to clear snow. So anywho, all the snow got piled up and the cars had no choice than to try and park in it. Well with it being cold and I am assuming while pulling in and backing out of the spots with the amount of snow I broke the front lower valance on the passenger side of the car. After this I started to notice other Grand Am's that has a similar break. Any idea where I can get a new one. It looks as if the valance is separtated into three parts so I shoudl just need the passenger side. Thanks

yeah I have one orderd from the dealership, 13 bucks so not to bad. Thought I got a call from the dealer saying it was in and so I spent an hour and took off that part of the valance. Turns out it is the lower passenger side valance and is part of the wheel well shroud. Little more involved that I thought but still pretty easy to get out. So went to the dealer to pick up the new piece and of course it is the wrong piece so I gotta wait a few more days..........

well there are three parts. A drivers Side, Center, and a Passenger side. I had to get the passenger side and it is just the valance and part of the inner shroud in the wheel well. Yeah I got the whole thing from the dealership for 13 bucks.

I just replaced the Driver's side and the piece only cost $18 CAD plus tax. Real easy to replace and only takes about 15 minutes from start to finish to replace. This was probably the cheapest thing I've ever purchased for this car......except for the Pine Tree air freshner!
