I dont know if this is possible or not but I saw the thread for the SD hoods group buy and was wondering if it was possible to do something like that with body kits? it may just be a stupid question, but hey, everyone likes saving money right?:D

You would have to get like 10 people (maybe more depending on the company) to pay (or agree to pay) all at once.
Basically, contact the company that is producing the kit you want and ask them (email, call, etc) if they would be interested in having a group buy for one of their kits. Then just ask what would the price be for 5 orders, 10 orders, 15 orders.. etc..

Not to shoot down your hopes, but honestly it ain't gonna happen on a 92-95.
1. Not enough demand
2. 1/2 people will back down when time comes to put down money.

yup,its not the easiest thing to do,theres been a couple tries here to get group discounts, they just fail because like said earlier, the people that say their in,little over half come back and say they don't have the money or decide not to.We already get a 20% discount here for any Andy's Auto Sport Grand Am kit(the 92-95,96-98,and the 99+)

a group buy will most likey not happen. i while back i tied to setup a group buy for the 92-95 AAS body kit......and getting 10 people isnt easy.
just take your 20% discount from Andy's.

Quite honestly, I wouldn't get a Andys Auto Sport kit. A friend of mine got a kit from them, and when he hit something, the whole kit shattered, that's just not right. After looking at it, it looked like it shattered like glass. There stuff is really fragile. But of course, it was another non-grand am kit, so who knows.
Anyways, for all you 92-95ers. I have designed a kit, and www.hot-bodiez.com is trying to get people to sign up for it, as well as put a down payment so they can develop it asap, instead of waiting till december if we can get enough people to do it. I'll attach a picture right after this post. Look for it on there site shortly. If we can get enough people, then it will be built. The down payment is $1,000, which not most 92-95 owners can afford, but on a posotive note, they may develop the same kit for the 96-98 if the 92-95 is done correctly. So you 96-98ers keep your fingers crossed. Anyways, enjoy, and email me at AJHolmaneight@insightbb.com if your interested, and i'll give you further information.
Enjoy,
Lee.

Back 2 (http://www.gaownersclub.com/forum/attachment.php?s=&postid=313536)
The first one needs alot more editing, it doesnt look mounted correctly, and a bit too large on the car. A new picture will come shortly. Enjoy. Again, if you're interested, please email me at AJHolmaneight@insightbb.com, or email me for my cell number, and i'll get back to you with it asap.
Enjoy.
