Hey everyone. There are not too many auto shops around the southern part of new mexico, but one shop said they had progress springs for grand ams. im looking into ordering the intrax soon but does anyone know anything about the other springs. I dont want to pay the shipping and handling for the intrax. I was wondering if the progress springs can compare. Thanks Antonm

There are also H&R and Eibachs that many GA owners get.

H&R does not make anything for pre-99 GA's.
Both Eibach and Intrax are good choices, I have no experience with the Progress springs. I recommend Intrax.

I didn't know Progress made springs for any GA:???: Well I do know from the Sprint springs I have they settled after about a week or 2 and it sits very nicely. They seem to be priced lower then most of the others. They drop the most out of all the others. The ride quality is fine for lowering springs, better then expected(which is usually a rough ride in most peoples minds)

Depends........on the the type of spring. I would recomend varible speed due to the fact it'll give u some preformance with making your everyday driver a ***** on bumps, etc

You have Eibach's with stock struts? What do you mean Intrax can "sag"?
How hard is Eibachs? Does your butt jump up and down at every bump?

I have the Eibachs on my 95, and the ride is pretty damn good.
