Need Tire Sizing Help!!!

I am fixing up these rims i got at a junkyard that came off a 94-95 GAGT. the rims are 16". Now my stock tires are 215/60/R15.....does anyone know what size tire will fit the 16" rims? and will not mess up my speedo??

Just input your original size and play with the output sizes until the dimensions are all similar ... you will also have to consider what tires sizes are actually available in the particular brand or style of tire you want :)

As a quick help, for that year GT, the tire size is 205/55-16. A 225/50-16 will fit as well. The 225's are probably as wide as can fit that rim.

215/55/16 would be close to your stock size . ;) You could also use 225/50/16 or 205/55/16 but these are a little smaller in diameter .
