help me post pics from sprint phone

I tried and tried again with no satisfaction. how to you download pics from the sprint call/camera phone?

you go in to the phone and send the picture to your e-mail. In a few minutes you should recieve it and you can download it. I'm going to caution you that it does charge you.

i've already sent and downloaded it to an email......but can't figure out how to post the pics on this board......oh and by the way, 2 free months, then i canx it.
