another reason i like boston

when i had my 6x9's installed in my car the dealer didn't give me the grills, well the dealers here want to charge me for the grills because they have to specially order them, i've had to order this stuff before and its kinda pricey, well i emailed boston asking if i can order some from them, their reply was simply "we just shipped you some grills"

that is good service. and i'd be pissed if the installer kept my stuff, that came INCLUDED, and then wanted to charge me for it.

different dealer, i told the dealer at home not to worry about it because the speakers were under the back dash, a dealer here wanted to charge me like $30 for two new ones
