Well I'm beginning to think replacing the shocks/struts/springs of my car to lower it wasnt too great of an idea without thinking everything through. I'm beginning to hear some moaning from the front end when turning at low speeds. This just started to come to my attention about a month ago. I've had the setup for about 4 months now. I've been told from the people who installed it that the popping of the springs in the front are propably caused because they aren't seating very well because of the old rubber strut pads and should be replaced with polyurethane ones. Could this also be the cause of my moaning too? I will probably replace my ST springs with higher performance springs after i get my new wheels and once i get money.. And i want to know if this is definatly the cause so i can get them switched out too with my new springs. Thanks.

Could it be the old strut mounts that moan when i turn the wheel?? it even does it when standing still..
Wow no one responded. I have almost the same thing as you.
I get the popping noise. Ever since I installed my Eibach springs this has happened. The rubber that the springs sit on are pretty worn out. I have also read on these forums or over at grandamgt that you need to grease them.
Mine does it when standing still also.
Does anyone know where we can pick up some poly strut mounts (the part the spring sits on)?
