I have searched this and it seems to be between Magnaflow and Flowmaster...
Anyone? I am going with stock piping and a new muffler and I only want sound... Let me know what you thinks sounds best

From what I've been seeing it seems that Flowmaster is the way to go if you're looking for an overall aggressive sound. Magnaflow is supposed to be the quieter of the two with a mellower tone until you punch it.

:offtopic: How are the 4.10's for driving?
Edit: Sorry, saw you had the Pro-5.0 shifter. No offence, but it sucks.

yea there is one for the Thirdgen and i havent heard good things about it.
for a 95 there really isnt a way to mount the muffler sideways so you will end up having to use two 40 series. i had that setup on my 93 and i LOVED the way it sounded.

Yes, there is a way to make a transverse mount.

Fits right in there. Anyway I can be a moderator for the 94-95's? lol.
Hey! That single muffler looks good. Just needs some black paint on it to make it less noticeable so that the tips become the focal point.

yea the muffler hangs down below the bottom of the GFX looks good none the less but when i ran my dual mufflers it tucked them up in there so you couldnt see em.

Look how low I took the picture. It doesnt hang down that low, unless you get on the ground and look, then you can see it. Otherwise, the rear bumper covers it
Sure. But if it were me, I'd slap some flat-black on ther anyway. But that's just the way I am.
I must admit that one piece in silver/grey looks better than the 2 silver chunks I had showing. That is, until I painted 'em flat-black. :)

well looks like I'm getting the 80 series then,if it fits on a 92-95,should fit on a 97.
But on topic.....If you want the good sound go with FlowMaster,I had a MagnaFlow, great muffler, just didn't hold the sound I like throughout the rpm's,only because it was straight through,Im done with that crap.

My buddy went thru 3 Pro 5.0 shifters, all 3 broke. He then went to a B&M Ripper Shifter and hasnt had any problems. About 4.10's being stock, you can order them at the dealer from FRPP, but its not stock. Stock is 3.27.
