I posted a little while back that I was planning on getting a 7.2 LCD screen, well I have decided to not go so big....Ive been searching around and decided that Im just gonna go with the normal 5 1/2 LCD......Now If I moved my head unit below the HVAC knobs, would there be enough space there where the head unit used to be? I know I might have to cut and fit the screen but how much else would I have to do? Would I have to do some glassing to get it to fit in there? I have a 97 by the way for anyone that doesn't check the left side of the screen:)

I'm familiar with the dash on the 86-98's and There's definately enough room to relocate your headunit down below your HVAC. You Will have to break out the fiberglass inorder to make it look like it belongs there, but with a lot of work and patience you can make it look sick.

I know somone here (can't remember who, sorry :() did somethign similar in a 99-03 GA and it came out looking super nice.
