HR speed rating?

What is the Speed Rating for an tire that is listed as HR?? Having troubles finding it online. I know H is 130 mph but i'm not sure if that has anything to do w/ HR. Thanks

I think the R refers to being a rubber racing compound.

I always thought that 'R' in the tires specs meant a radial tire. It describes the construction of the tire.
