Oh man, I've seen the Grand Prix Autocross in person and OMG it is the most awesome car. The car is absolutely beautiful, it's in a deep burgundy color with carbon fiber accents on the hood, spoiler and some other places. Unfortunatley it was roped off and you couldn't sit in it or look under the hood, but damn it was one of the best vehicles at the Richmond Auto Show. I hope GM gets smart and does actually make that car. Ya'll might wanna shoot me, but I'd rather have that nice lil V8 than the GA.

They showed the GA autocross on Car and Drive when they were at SEMA. I can't remember what they said word for word but they said something to the affect of "now your dad can get in and out of traffic better". Anyway, they put it down.

300hp turbocharged 3.5 in that GA........they should have produced that (only in stick of course)! The other Autocross cars are sick too. I'm dissapointed that Pontiac didn't at least increase the power or make a stick shift for the '05 GA.......SHAME ON YOU!!!

I'm not much for the sunfire, but damn your first two posts had me laughing.

Yes, the GA should never cease to exist. I'm pissed at Pontiac for discontinuing them... especially for something as ugly as the G6... it looks like Jap Crap... I did read about that Turbo Charged, sexy GA in High Performance Pontiac... YUM.

And yes... the GTO does haul some major ass. It flies like a bat out of hell. Gotta love it.
