Could some of you list stuff on what I could do to change my intake and exhaust and what would sound best. I don't want anything that sounds ricey and very high pitched. Any ideas?

Raspyness is inevitable on any free-flowing exhaust system put on a Quad 4. I would suggest using a steel/glasspack style muffler. Chambered mufflers like flowmaster seem to amplify raspy tones. Stay away from those cheap "universal import" canister mufflers. I would suggest Borla, or dynomax if you are on a budget. Piping will need to be fabricated, there are no full "kits."

Same goes for intake, no "kits" available, but some"warm air" style intakes meant for the 2.4 - specificly the ones that attach to the stock 2.4 resonator box, like the Iceman intake (ones that attach direct to 2.4 TB wil not fit) A better suggestion... buy 3.0" mandrel U-bends and couplers. Cut the pipes, and you have a DIY CAI. (if I ever get some free time I'll finish mine)
