Best Alarm -- Need One!

Need a good alarm! Any IDeas?

There are many to choose from ... I have a Viper made by DEI and I like it a bunch :)

AutoPage Alarms are the best I ever came across. It will page you when alarm goes off. It will page you 1/2 mile away. Its has enough open slots to roll down window,start the car, pop the trunk. turn on your underbodies,has a car finder which I use a lot. Glass breakage. You can program it to start your car every morning at a certain time without touching the alarm. The options on this thing is endless.

for high end i'd use viper or alpine, but i have a prestige alarm, it was like $200 bucks after installation(4 door sensors, dome sensor, trunk sensor, and another shock sensor, and keyless entry

then later installed the same alarm in my tacoma with all but 2 of the door sensors, and added actuators to the door locks for free

How much does the AutoPage alarm cost?

With auto start and glass breakage. It was 650.00 installed. But you will need dealer to install it unless you know your way around the wiring harness. All the pass locks and stuff gave them a heck of a time on mine.

There is also a driver page on the system where you can disable the shock sensors so when they tap on the driver page it will call your transmitter. Of course with cell phones these days that function is kind of useless.

These prices are just for the plain system. You have to add auto start hardware, glass breakage. ect....... I think they kind of make it misleading.

You can get a lot cheaper Autopage system that will still start your car and have glass breakage and sensors, it just wont page you.
