and really theres no point in having one unless your get lots and lots of rain or drive in water

well, i was concerned about the winter time, brat ;p we get snow up to 2 ft tall at points, and as far as water, when we get hurricanes, the water *does* get pretty high and i find myself driving through fairly large puddles, since the roads are pretty shitty
