depending on what kind of amp you have as to how you want to wire up your speakers. so many different combinations....but i'll (we'll) try to help you out if you tell us is the amp 1,2, or 4 channel? 1 or 2 ohm stable?

i dont really know of any advice to give you on running wire. it's pretty straight forward, just keep it away from power sources.

okay, for my rear and door speakers... i have an Alpine MRP-F240 Amp... 50wattx4 RMS and it is 2 ohms stable... for my subs, i don't have an amp yet, but am looking to get a 2 channel amp... kicker zr or kx series maybe... any suggestions? My subs are 4ohms stable... thanks

Ok well for your amp look for one that is 1 ohm stable if you can.. but usually they can cost more... or find a amp with a 4 ohm bridged or mono load... becuase those would be the ohm ratings you can really choose from... Im a big follower of Massive Audio but for most people .. it can cost a bit more.. but for SQ if find there a big difference... but justs just my call...

yeah, if you've got 2 DVC 4 ohm subs a 1 ohm stable amp would be your best bet. or a high powered 4 ohm amp. i'd suggest a crossfire 601d (i think) amp. it's made by crossfire and it's in the 600s :P. but crossfires are right at home running 1 ohm, that's where they really start putting out their rated power.
