I have been having this problem for quite some time now...whenever I turn on my amp it blows the fuse not matter what... it never did this before I hooked my Zex kit into the car.,.I grounded the amp to the car body and the Zex to the battery...so anyways, the amp looks fine on the inside,...nothing is shorted out and nothing is broken or burnt out but every time I turn on the car the amp blows the fuse along the power line to the battery....anyone know y this might be happening?

maybe the fuse is too small, or your pulling to large of a load on the amp, i had an amp once that i was running in 1 ohm and it would blow the fuse until i learned some stuff about wiring and changed it to 2 ohm
i don't think a nos kit will do that

I've tried several fuses from 15 to 30 and they all blow

Sounds like it could be a problem internally in the amp drawing too much current.

yea something internal, I've tried it on my friends car and same thing happens. fuse blows...I have taken it apart and I can't find anything shorted out or something like that

I tried both high level inputs and standard Right and Left (Red and White) inputs...they both blow a fuse. ohh well...guess it's time to get a new amp. :( boo-urns.
