Which cord do i need to run my amp which has speaker level inputs and 2 rcas plugs (L and R) to a stock 2003 head unit. Do i have to use a line output converter. or is there a speaker level input harness that has those 4 plugs on both ends and long enough to reach the head unit from the trunk. my amp is a Alpine MRP-M350

you'll need a converter that goes from high level to low level rca's, i suggest getting some sort of crossover to prevent high freq. from getting to your sub, but that amp has that built in so you don't need it, if you ever want to add a 4 channel amp you'll need to get some sort of equilizer that'll split the signal 3 ways for front, rear, and sub

I was told that I would have to tap into my rear speakers. the wires I was told were e4-e7 . where are theses
? Are they in a group in the back of the head unit. or is there another fuse box with theses in there. will i have to plug anything into the back of the head unit

Sounds like somone gave you the pin numbers for behind the factory headunit. find those pins and they should be for your rear speaker wires. Just tap the line level converter onto those wires plug your rca's into the converter, and get switched power for your remote turn on, and your set.
